Due to rising utility bills, the smoking ban and a decision on should we or should we not sign a new lease agreement myself and Kay decided we could not carry on trading at The Fletch as it would not be a viable business. We would like to take the opportunity of thanking everyone who has supported us from The Phoenix and The Fletch, from the live bands and entertainers to friends, customers and our present and past members of staff and also for the overwhelming support and encouragement at present as an era has ended.

I have taken control at The Old Hall, Tamworth rd, Coventry for the immediate future as manager. This is a food led establishment, that has a fantastic restaurant and function facilities which has posed a great challenge for me to embark on. A new Head Chef and Pastry Chef are now in place, and I have to say, I am very pleased with the standard of cusine they are producing, so please call in for a beer or a meal. Myself and Kay will look forward to seeing you.
